Marshmello and Kelsea Ballerini have teamed up for their first collaboration with the single “Another Drink,” a country-pop anthem that blends Marshmello’s polished production with Ballerini’s signature storytelling.
The track arrived after days of social media teasers, beginning with a playful video posted by Ballerini in which she joked about unwanted attention at bars, saying, “It’s like every guy in the world just thinks every girl in the world goes to a bar to just like, what, like get hit on?” She continued by poking fun at pickup lines before turning to Marshmello and asking, “Do you want another drink?” A follow-up teaser featuring a preview of the song, along with the caption “boy, you’re outta luck, @marshmello,” confirmed the title and fueled excitement ahead of its release.
“Another Drink” delivers a lighthearted message about enjoying a night out without romantic expectations. The song pairs Ballerini’s confident vocals with Marshmello’s crossover style, marking another step in the producer’s growing presence in country music after recent collaborations with Thomas Rhett, Hudson Westbrook, Jelly Roll and Kane Brown. The release also continues Ballerini’s busy run following her 2025 EP Mount Pleasant, and her move to New York City.
